Complementary Services
In addition to executive recruitment, Abatec Exec can provide a range of complementary services such as assessment centres, full recruitment management, full interview and selection training and psychometric testing as required. As a standard element of each of our recruitment processes, each candidate is fully assessed through a competency-based interview and presented with full interview notes covering professional history, strengths, weaknesses, personal drivers and management style.

Executive Search
Executive Search is an extremely effective method for identifying and attracting the most suitable candidate for your role regardless of whether they are actively looking or not.

Working from a detailed assignment specification we comprehensively and discretely research the target marketplace to locate individuals with the obligatory skill sets for the role.

Once identified, we approach these individuals directly and discretely to establish their potential interest in, and suitability for, the role. All our work is carried out in complete confidence.

Assuming that the targeted individual is both suitable for, and interested in, the position, we carry out a full and detailed interview. During this meeting we fully establish the candidate's suitability for the role before revealing your company's identity and proactively putting the potential role to them. Should the candidate not prove suitable then no information is revealed and they are released from the process professionally and courteously.

Upon completion of the interview process we will return to your offices and present a full shortlist of candidates. You will be provided with a full debriefing package on each candidate covering their career history, current package details and their motivation for the role. Every candidate on the shortlist will be suitable, recruitable and essentially already at second interview stage.

Following shortlist we closely manage your selection process, arranging all interviews and providing a quick and easy channel for feedback and any additional questions either party may have.

To ensure successful completion we will make and manage the offer process and communicate regularly with the selected candidate throughout their resignation and notice period.

Throughout the assignment we work as knowledgeable and credible representatives of your organisation leaving you free to concentrate on the demands of your own career rather than someone else's.

Advertised Selection
Advertised Selection is an effective method for quickly identifying and attracting the most suitable candidate for your role by the careful placement of bespoke advertisements in national, local, trade or online media.

The Abatec Exec process is designed to reduce both the cost and stress of campaign management whilst continuously providing expertise at each stage of the recruitment process.

Working from an assignment specification we work closely with our creative agency to create the right blend of media and image for maximum candidate response.

Following the placement of your advertisement we provide full campaign support. Upon receipt of their details, every applicant will receive confirmation of their interest before the screening process starts.
